UKREIIF 2025
Tuesday 20th May - Thursday 22nd May 2025
Caddick and Moda are bringing back the iconic Places for Life pavilion at this year’s UKREiiF. The space will be transformed into a village green, where visitors can engage in dynamic discussions on key issues shaping the built environment.
From the latest trends in BTR and sheds of the future, to new settlements and emerging regeneration hotspots, built environment experts will come together to understand how we can continue to create outstanding places and spaces that serve communities for years to come.
As well as a fantastic panel line-up, a series of invite-only lunches and launches for some of the industry’s top movers and shakers will be happening across the three days.

Sheds of the Future
11:30 - 12:30
Industrial and logistics (I&L) spaces play a crucial yet often overlooked role in supporting housing delivery, with an estimated 231 million sq ft needed alongside 1.5 million homes by 2030. Beyond speed and scale, the focus must be on sustainable, tech-enabled developments that integrate with communities by creating jobs, amenities, and better transport links. The Sheds of the Future panel will bring together industry leaders to discuss how I&L can evolve to meet demand, while making a positive impact on people and places.
